DropinAdmin provides on-demand and subscription-based IT solutions, including (but not limited to) server and cloud management, DevOps automation, system monitoring, consulting, cost optimization (“declouding”) and custom development.
Our services are available as one-time, hourly, monthly or annual subscription plans. All plans are subject to availability and described on our website or in custom proposals.
To access certain services, you may need to register for an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. DropinAdmin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Payment methods include credit/debit card or other options provided at checkout, processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees.
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Refunds may be available within the first 30 days of service under certain conditions, as detailed in our Refund Policy. Custom projects, consulting or usage-based services may not be refundable once delivered or commenced.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, abusive or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
Our website and services may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Stripe (billing), Tawk.to (chat), Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, Matomo, Crazy Egg (analytics) and others. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or practices.
For certain lead generation or marketing partnerships (e.g. ClickBank), no customer billing or project data is shared.
We strive to maintain reliable and secure services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. All services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DropinAdmin, its affiliates, officers, agents and employees from any claims, damages, losses or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jacksonville, Florida.
